Bilz Tool - U.K :
Located in the heart of the industrial West Midlands, the Bilz Tool manufacturing facility is ideally located to service its customers in the UK and around the world. With major road, rail and air transport close at hand, tools are despatched to the four corners of the world on a daily basis. Established in 1938 the company produced a range of metal finishing products for the thriving UK automotive industry under the 'Morris' brand name. In the 1960's the tooling division was formed to supply quick-change holders to the growing automatic transfer line users.

Bilz Tool - India :
Located in 'Bangalore', the silicon city of India and is a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU). This manufacturing facility started in the year 1989 to meet the global demands from customers around the world and facilitates for the manufacturing of quick change attachments for tapping, drilling & reaming operations, precision CNC holders, boring bars & HSK holders for international market. It has a fully air conditioned production facility equipped with highly sophisticated imported grinding machines such as Studer and Tripet (Swiss made) for high precision grinding. Imported measuring equipment ensures the high quality standard of our precision tool holders. Technical support is provided by our parent company.

Bilz Tool - Germany :
Our European ware house is located in Horb-Betra, Germany to service the entire EU, ensuring on-time delivery to European customers within our specified time.

The new 'Bilz Tool' range has many additional and complementary products to provide a full service supply to our customers. A typical project package can include free consultation and design of your tool crib, supply, installation and training of tool pre-setting machines, tool storage, laser marking, tool holders and project management.

Precision Tool Holders:
Complete tool holder packages for CNC machines with advanced products to meet the demands of increased productivity. Tool holders for drilling, tapping, milling and reaming operations. High performance tool holders such as ThermoGrip shrink tools and synchro tap holders are some of the new additions.
